The Digital Knight line of transfer presses is the culmination of over four decades of perfecting the design, mechanics and technology of heat press machinery. All of these presses by Geo Knight & Co boast heavy steel welded frameworks built to hold up over years of heavy use and stress.

At the heart of these machines is a state of the art digital microprocessor control and proprietary heat control circuit field tested beyond 10 million heating cycles. This allows for an unprecedented 3 year warranty on the control. The Digital Knight controller features an oversized LCD display for easy reading of time, temperature, and pressure/height gauge readings. The controller has a surprising array of extremely useful features, such as user programmable presets, automatic timing, finished cycle recording, selectable alarms, and much more. Overall, the extremely accurate control and intuitively easy to use interface makes for a reject-free production enviroment.

 

The heaters on all platens of the Digital Knight line use an exclusive coil winding technology for dramatically superior evenness and speed of heating. Compared to traditional heating methods, the Geo Knight & Co SuperCoil-Microwinding heater technology outperforms everything else. Of course, all heat platens are lifetime warrantied.

The DK20SP is an air-operated automatic table top swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20SP provides a production oriented heat press with the benefits of push button operation, fully digital temperature and time control, and solid casting design with an affordable automatic heat press price. It is available in a 16" x 20" heater block size.

 

The DK20SP utilizes the same Digital Knight control system as the DK20S series and operates with a smooth swing-away fashion. For demanding press runs and super consistant results the DK20SP is an ideal press for meeting requirements that go beyond what a manual transfer press and operator can handle.Fully digital temperature control.

Air Operated Swinger

 

The DK25SP is an air-operated, automatic 20x25 Oversized swing-away heat press with a state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty solid steel welded framework. The smooth automatic pressing and push-button activation provides a productive, fatigue-free operation.

 

The extended 20x25 size of the heat platen is perfect for sublimation and large format materials pressing. The heat platen uses SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology, a system of embedded heater windings that wind tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast recovery & fast heat up times. The controller utilizes an easy to read oversized-digit LCD display to show time and temperature simultaneously, and the temperature readout is accurate within +-2°. The operator can use the 70 programmable presets for saving common application settings, and the press features a highaccuracy pressure regulator and pressure gauge for specific psi settings. The press is adjustable to accommodate materials from fabric thickness all the way up to 1" thick substrates!

 

This 20x25 sized air-operated press includes a stand and lockable heavy-duty casters as well. For the ease of high-pressure air operated operation and 20x25 platen sized pressing area, the DK25SP is the ideal solution.
