Fast T-Jet Service
Equipment Zone is a factory authorized service center for the complete Fast T-Jet line. You can bring your printer into our New Jersey facility or we can arrange to have it picked up. Most repairs are done within 24 hours of receiving the printer. In most cases, if you bring in your printer (by appointment) in the morning we can have it ready the same day to take back with you.

What we do in the tuneup:

* Clean inside and outside of T-Jet * Replace Encoder Strip and Spring * Replace Waste Ink Pads Maintenance Tank and Waste Ink Pad * Reset Waste Ink Counter * Lubricate Guide Rails * Adjust belt tension * Perform full head alignment * Adjust bed functions, eject & load and bed level adjust, if necessary * Perform test prints on shirt to test registration * Clean and inspect Printbed Scale

Parts that are replaced:
* Drive Belt/Timing Belt * Encoder Strip * Maintenance Tank Pad * Pump Assembly * Spring * Squeegee/Wiper Blades * Waste Ink Tank Pad

Any parts or service beyond the tune up will be an additional expense. We will contact the customer first and let them know if additional parts and labor, beyond the tuneup, are necessary and provide them a quot. Once we get approval from the customer we will make the necessary repairs.
