When you open the page hit Click To
Download and save the file to your desktop. It is a self-extracting
executable, and will create a folder called /Adjustment Program
on your root drive once you run it.
You will know that the Waste Counter
needs to be reset when the "Ink Lights" and the "Error
Eject" light flash in an alternating, half-second delay
pattern. Then you will simply need to run the Adjustment Program
executable, called APSP2100_Ver11.exe. Select your printer model
(Stylus 2200), your port (most likely USB01 but may vary; check
the port in the properties for the Epson Stylus 2200 printer
driver), and hit OK.
From there, click the "Maintenance" tab, hit the "Read"
button for the Waste Counter (to make sure that the Waste Counter
really is the problem - if it reads a number lower than 40,000,
the flashing lights probably mean something else), and hit "Reset".
Your Counter should be reset!
