As some of you may have heard, U.S. Screen Print and Inkjet Technology is now out of business.
This means that there is no longer a support, service or parts department at U.S. Screen.
There is absolutely no reason for you to be concerned. Equipment Zone has expanded its support and service department, tripling it in size to meet the demand for Fast T-Jet support. Equipment Zone has the largest service and support center in the direct to garment industry. For the past few years, we have been the East Coast service and support center for the T-Jets. Now our role is international.
Equipment Zone has also firmed up relationships with essential suppliers. That means we have a steady supply of FastINK, pretreatment, and parts – even specific parts like DC motor control boards for the Blazer printers.
Any T-Jet owner can get technical support from Equipment Zone. T-Jet owners can also arrange to get their machines serviced at our facility or have a technician come to theirs.
Equipment Zone will continue to stock a huge inventory of FastINK inks, pretreatments, parts, and accessories for all the T-Jet models.
Our support web site contains downloads, manuals, and troubleshooting guides for Fast T-Jet printers.

If you have a printer that you purchased from either US Screen or a dealer that is still under the one-year warranty period, please contact us for specific information about your situation.
