The X2D model comes with a high powered pre-heating zone that surges ink temperatures to over 300°F (149°C) within the first several inches of conveyor travel inside the 27 in. (69 cm) heating chamber. Two closely spaced, height adjustable infrared heaters and dual zone heat controls maintain consistent temperatures needed for DTG and all other inks. Rapid preheating maximizes the dwell time for each kind of ink, allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and dryer output.
Model X2D-30 has a 30 in. (76 cm) wide belt, two 24 in. (61 cm) wide infrared heaters (6300W @ 240V total wattage), and cures up to 240+ garments per hour with plastisol inks, up to 90+ garments per hour with water-based inks, and up to 26 garments per hour with DTG/digital white ink at 3.5 minutes dwell time.
Model X2D-54 has a 54 in. (137 cm) wide belt with two 48 in. (122 cm) wide infrared heaters (12,600 @ 240V total wattage) and can cure 480+ garments per hour with plastisol ink, 180+ with water-based ink and up to 52 garments per hour with DTG/digital white ink at 3.5 minutes dwell time.
The all-new multi-purpose LittleRed X3D infrared dryer cures direct-to-garment (DTG) printed textiles as well as plastisol, water-based and discharge-printed garments at higher rates than possible with conventional dryer designs.
It features a high-powered pre-heating zone that rockets ink temperatures past 300°F (149ºC) within the first several inches of conveyor travel, maximizing the distance and dwell time for optimum curing of any ink, allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and dryer output.
The Little Red X3-D model is equipped with a 30 in. (76.2 cm) wide conveyor belt and three 24 in. (61 cm) wide infrared heaters (8300W @ 240V total wattage) and can cure 360+ plastisol-printed garments/h, 100+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and up to 50+ garments/h inkjet printed with digital white ink.
The 54 in. (137 cm) wide LittleRed X3-D model cures 720+ plastisol-printed garments/h, 240+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and 100+ garments/h inkjet printed with digital white ink or pretreated for DTG printing.
